on Mersey wrapped up the Meller Braggins Cheshire
League Championship on the final day of the 2009
cricket season with a 25 point win at Hale Barns.
Having posted 160 for 5 Ashton knew that only
needed 3 wickets to give them the bonus points
necessary to guarantee top spot but went on to
